For your convenience, we’ve devised a list of typical job titles and descriptions. It’s just a starting point but it provides some idea of the range of positions we offer. Depending on what you tell us, we can develop a job description that perfectly matches your home’s requirements.
We also offer a variety of arrangements in terms of time. So, whether you need a once-weekly cleaner, a part-time housekeeper-cook or a live-in nanny who assists with household duties, we’ll be delighted to help. Your needs always come first with Aunt Jessica Cares.
Simply call one of our consultants and tell us all about your situation. You may have a particular role in mind already, or you may want our advice. Either way, we’ll be happy to help.
Once our consultant is clear about what you want they will then create an internal job description. This will produce a shortlist of suitable candidates from our extensive database for you to consider.
The consultant will then speak to each candidate to ensure they are available and interested in the position. The most suitable two or three candidates will then be presented to you for selection, complete with résumés, references and any necessary papers or background checks.
Should you wish to interview a particular candidate your consultant will make all of the necessary arrangements. They can also organise trials of candidates, (temporary fees charged) if circumstances allow, so you can see how they manage in a working environment.
If you feel at any point that the candidate presented is not suitable for the position then our consultant will draw on your observations in order to further refine their search as they re-start the process.
Remember, our entire service is without obligation and absolutely free up to the point where you accept a candidate.
We are a placement agency, which means we recommend candidates for you to consider for employment. Once you engage a candidate that we’ve presented to you a placement fee is then payable. The amount depends on the salary of the candidate accepted (and the location if the role is overseas).
All our placements come with an industry leading twelve-week guarantee. If during this time you feel it’s not working out for any reason we will happily replace the candidate free of charge. Please note that it’s you will be the employer of the candidate once selected, not us.
